Throughout the course of two weeks, the course of user interviews were conducted when it comes to personal scheduling on both work and personal life.
Research Questions Included:
1. Could you walk me through the process when it comes to scheduling an event, whether it be life or work related?
2. How did you attempt to simplify the scheduling process
3. Which solutions have worked for you and the other party?
4. What kind of formation do you prefer when it comes to scheduling?
5. If you had the opportunity to share your schedule or received schedule from the other end, would you be open to that opportunity?
Particular Insights:
1. People tend to prefer maintaining their schedule. When it comes to scheduling, a clear visuality of availability of schedule would be preferred.
2. Personal life and work should not be intercorrelated and when it comes to scheduling, a separation of priority is needed.
